Franklin Township Stormwater Basin Retrofits: NJWSA made a presentation to the Franklin Township Environmental Commission on February 24th, 2020 regarding four stormwater basin retrofit projects scheduled for construction this spring. Staff answered questions about the projects and made a presentation, which can be seen here.
